To whom it may concern, I would like to take some time to let you know about my recent experience with swiftbuilt. I had a rotting wood deck outside my sliding glass door of the kitchen & have been trying to find someone to remove that & put up some kind of patio cover (to provide some shade which is rare here in New Mexico especially in our yard) that was not going to cost me my first born. I have conacted other companies in the past for estimates & found that the prices they wanted was very close to what the house itself was worth. It was rediculous & not only that, there was no sense of comfort with them at all. I happened to be browsing the the New Mexico Market Place magazine & found an add for swiftbuilt. Not really sure what types of covers & the extent of what kind of covers I called them. I spoke to a gentleman named Rick. I tried to explain my problem & what I was looking for & said he would be happy to come out & give me an estimate. From the time i spoke with him on the phone i felt a s! ense of comfort & honesty from him & for the first time was looking forward to the estimate experience. Rick showed up & on time which i have not been used to & allowed me to explain what i was looking for then showed me a binder of work done by him/company. When i found somthing that i liked he went on to take the measurements & explained the entire process without me even having to ask which again was something i was not used to in the past when trying to obtain other estimates. I got such a feeling of comfort & honesty from him & the price of the total job was such a great deal that i asked him if he would do the job before he even left & he agreed. He proceeded to explain when he would start & finish & he kept his word exactly as he had said. The day of the start of the job until completion was also, an awesome experience. He & his crew were very considerate & careful not to damage any plantings & such & because, i work nights they were also, very quiet to the point tha! t i did not know they were even there. My mom had let them in ! the gate & was watching the process out of curiosity. When i finally did wake up & realized he & his crew were here i myself sat & watched again out of curiosity not because, i was worried. I do have to say that what i witnessed at the end of the work days blew me away! they walked around & picked up little pieces of splintered wood & the shavings from the aluminum that needed to be cut & that was not easy because, my yard is covered in lava rock. Rick & his guys were moving the lava rock to get at the shavings,nails & splintered wood. They left the job site/my property clean & free of any debris than probably what is was before they started. So, in short i would like to say that i am a very totally satisfied customer & have taken pictures of the work already & have showed them to some of my friends who are currently in the process of looking to refinance thier houses & are also, looking to have some type of patio cover to be added(3 to be exact) & have given them Ricks name & name ! of company and explained that they would not be sorry if they chose swiftbuilt. I can only hope that the rest of the work i have scheduled to be done goes as smooth & professional as this job did. THANK YOU SO, MUCH for a great job & i am enjoying the shade.

Who would thought.. a little shade in the backyard did actually make me want to go out and enjoy outdoor once in a while.
